Goats cheese, cherry tomatoes, spinach and Branston quiche!

This recipe combines the traditional flavoured of quiche with the beautiful tang of Branson pickle. The goats cheese and pickle combine perfectly in much the same way caramelised onions would, but it’s so much easier out the jar! I recommend eating this at dinner with a side of sweet potato fries and a glass of wine.
