Branston ’n’ Brie Mediterranean Melt
Mix chopped chillies, sundried tomatoes, herbs and Branston Pickle. Cut wheel of Brie in half horizontally. Place filling on one half. Cover with other. Wrap in Prosciutto. Bake (oven or BBQ) until it feels soft and cheese melts, approx 20 mins at 190 C. I serve with french bread, olives, Mediterranean vegetables.
