Gently fry onions, yellow pepper, mushrooms, spinach and garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add turmeric, cumin, chilli, ginger, cloves, fenugreek, allspice, salt, curry powder. Add minced beef and brown. Add tinned tomatoes. Simmer for 45 minutes. Stir through small chunk Branston pickle. YUM!
