Similar to French onion soup only thicker and more satisfying! You need around 1kg of thinly sliced onions caramelised in butter, olive oil and sugar, beef stock, a generous glug of dry white wine, chopped garlic and dollop of Branston. Top with toasted bread, loads of cheese and grill until melted and yummy.
