Quick and easy pasta with tangy vegetarian mince, tomatoes and mozzarella.
While boiling 400g of pasta, heat two tbsp of olive oil in a pan. Add 400g of meat-free mince. Stir in a third of a small jar of Branston Pickle, simmer for 10 mins. Once cooked, drain the pasta, put in a bowl and add the mince. Pop some halved baby tomatoes and mozzarella chunks on top. Season with black pepper. Yum!
