Goats Cheese, Onion and Branston Lattice Bake

Saute onions and garlic in a pan until soft.
Cut puff pastry into squares, and layer cooked onions on top.
Dollop chunks of Branston pickle, and chunks of goats cheese.
Cover with puff pastry strips to make a lattice.
Brush with beaten egg.
Cook at 180c for 25-30 or until golden.
Serve and enjoy!
