Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry
Being so busy with work, I tend to cook fast and easy dishes during the week. My Chinese-inspired one-pan supper is a real winner in my house. Recently, I’ve decided to go a little off the grid and mix things up by adding a dollop of Branston pickle. The flavours instantly pop when you add Branston and I soon realised I was onto a winner! This will now be a staple in my house, as I’ve never tasted such a zingy stir-fry!!
