Yorkshire Pudding with Branston Pickle Bolognese

Diced 1 red onion & fry the onions with 250g beef mince
add the diced boiled carrots into the beef mince, add a jar of bolognese sauce, when fully cooked add a few tablespoons of Branston Pickle. Heat up some large Yorkshire pudding & serve the beef bolognese in the Yorkshire pudding.
