Pea and pickle fish cake.

Salmon, haddock, finely grated onions, grated cheese, cooked and mashed potato, Branson pickle and breadcrumbs. Method – Fry fish add butter and sauté the onions, remove from heat add potato, pickle, salt and pepper. Coat breadcrumbs, and fry till golden. Sauce is cream, white wine and frozen peas.
