Branston Spiced Turkey Burgers with Garlic Herb Wedges.

Serves 4. Into 500g turkey mince mix 1 diced big shallot, 1 red chilli, 2 cloves garlic, 1 knob of root ginger,2 tbsp branston, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 egg and 50g breadcrumbs. Shape into 4 patties, bake in oven for 30 mins. Finish off with grated Parmesan and more pickle. Bake wedges with oil, garlic and dried basil.
