Branston savoury scones

Rub 50g butter into 225g self-raising flour; add large pinch salt & mix in 100ml milk to make dough. Add 4 tbs Branston & 6 tbs strong grated cheddar. Roll & cut out 8 rounds – bake 220C for 10-12 mins to make cheesy Branston scones – perfect warm with melted butter!
