Cheese and Branston Crumpet Loaf
Make a cheese sauce using butter, flour, milk and cheddar. Pour some into bottom of loaf tin, toast 6 crumpets and spread with Branston, put a slice of Mozzarella and a little cheese sauce on each and stand, upright, in tin, make it a snug fit. Pour over more sauce, cheddar and more mozzarella. Bake 180 for 15 minutes.
