Chicken, Avocado With Branston Tomato & Red Pepper Relish
Get your recipes singing and your tummy rumbling with a nice big dollop or squeeze of Branston.
- 2 slices wholemeal cob loaf
- 10g butter
- 2 leaves frisee lettuce
- 2 thick slices roast chicken
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp Branston Tomato & Red Pepper Relish
- Spread one side of each of the loaf slices with the butter.
- Place one slice, butter-side up, on a serving plate, then top with the frisee salad and roast chicken slices.
- Layer the avocado over the top then spoon over the Branston Tomato & Red Pepper Relish.
- Pop the other slice of bread on top. Serve.
