- 1 ciabatta roll (90g)
- 2 leaves of any large lettuce
- 150g sirloin steak
- 2 tbsp Branston Caramelised Onion Chutney
- Heat a saucepan or griddle pan on the hob to a medium heat.
- Half the ciabatta roll lengthways and fry on the pan for 1 minute per side or until toasted.
